Affordable Rents

Our inexpensive and affordable space rent is one of the lowest in the area,
especially for our wonderful amenities and location. New residents pay only
$680 per month with an additional $85-100 for water, sewer, trash and taxes
(depending on water and sewer usage which are billed at local utility rates).

Please note that yearly property taxes on each home are the new owners
responsibility and run approximately 1% to 1 1/2% of the home purchase
price each year and are set by the Maricopa County Assessor's Office.
