A small item, but one of daily convenience is the location of your individual mailbox
within close proximity to the front of your home and NOT at a central mail area like
the recreation hall. The same can be said about the twice weekly trash pickup with
each resident having an individual trash can for their use.
Enjoy a dip in our heated, indoor pool and jacuzzi. There's even a group of
residents who "swimercise" in the pool three times a week.
Our clubhouse has several professional card tables perfect for that game of poker,
bridge, or canasta. You can also join a group of residents playing pinochle, bunko
or euchre weekly.
Two billiard tables make for the perfect competition. Our social association has
coordinated an occasional tournament for pool and even shuffleboard. Perhaps
you can win the next one! A state of the art putting green is also available for your
year round enjoyment.
Monthly potlucks or breakfasts are a popular occurrence for our social association
to coordinate amongst their volunteers with an occasional ice cream social that few
can pass up.
